Grapevine Stories
Interview with Aspiga founder, Lucy Macnamara
I loved meeting Lucy a couple of weeks ago at her London offices. It was a hard to settle down and get started on our chat as there was the distraction of so many railings of clothes I immediately fell in love with! Lucy and her team were packing up to go to a photo shoot in India the following week, so it was real hive of activity. Lucy tells us how Aspiga evolved from her simply sourcing a supplier of sandals and belts from Kenya in 2005 for her family and friends, to the fantastic brand it is today.
We hear about the ups and downs over the years and she has some great advice for young, budding, entrepreneurs who want to go into the fashion industry.
Do go to Aspiga's website to see all their gorgeous clothes and accessories here.
